To understand time as a finite resource, that needs to be managed in a way that allows us to make  the best use of it, in the achievement of our most important goals, both work and personal.

Target Audience:
Anyone. Can be biased towards a particular occupational grouping.

Content:
Time as a resource, prioritisation, ABC method, time analysis, time value, self-questionnaires, top  time-wasters, Goal setting, Creating efficient environments, Tools & Pot-holes, Task-listing, Planning, Organising, Delegating, & Control/Review.


Length: Half-day
Format: Workgroup interactive
