Wheat Bags
Wheat Bags are brilliant as both a hot or cold soother for life's aches and pains including:
Sprains, Bruises,
Arthritis, An aching Back,
Lower Back Pain, Menstrual Pain and
Headaches and Migraines
Instructions for use are included with the product.
Specifically to Heat:
Place the Wheat Bag in the Microwave with a cup of water on high for 1 minute. Wait thirty seconds then check the heat of the bag. Continue heating for periods not exceeding one minute until the desired temperature is achieved.
Cautions:
1 Always have a cup of water in the microwave.
2 Always shake the Wheat Bag and allow it to stand for one minute after microwaving for the contents to be heated consistently.
3 Always check the temperature of the Wheat Bag before placing it directly on yourself. When heating the Wheat Bag for others, particularly the young or elderly, remember that the temperature they desire may be considerably different to that you desire.
To Chill:
Place the Wheat Bag in a plastic bag and place it in the freezer until the desired temperature is achieved.

Eye Rest Pillows
Eye Rest Pillows spread a soothing weight over your eyes and forehead, while calming and relaxing your eyes and facial muscles, releasing stress and tension. For the effect of extra soothing the Eye Rest Pillow may be refrigerated before use.
Instructions for use are included with the product and are simple to remember. Specifically the product should be chilled to a comfortable temperature in the refrigerator before applying it the eye/ forehead area. Essential oils may be used on the eye rest pillow with care taken to ensure that the oil has dispersed into the product before contact with the skin.
