You will only need the Comp housing off a Canter
truck, and the centre and
exhaust housings from a TD05. The shafts and
bearings will be changed as
will the wheels, to get your spec level. The
comp housing will need to be
machined and modified to accept the TD05 center and new shafts and wheels.
In terms of your bolting on:
1 Exhaust header fits to stock unit on the 4G63
and 4G93
2 Exhaust pipe needs to be a TD05 dump pipe with
appropriate
waste gate
changes
3 The intake pipe from the filter need changing
4 the compressor pipes to and from the I/C need
changing
5 the oil and water lines need to be changed
to TD05 items
Keep in mind that this is a Much larger turbo
and the exhaust dump will
need to be tight to clear the oil filter.
And also keep in mind that putting one together
is not enough. I am only
aware of 2 of these items in Australia, a stage
3 and a stage 4. No one has
the experience to build one and have it work
first up without testing and
trial and error. Therefore you may need to have
it adapted and machined
with trial and error, esp the wastegate.
Otherwise, as far as I am aware, this is the ideal
setup for both EVO and
GSR. These setups have run awsome numbers in
the US and are regarded as
being the perfect power match for the Mitsubishi
engines. That is, asuming
that you want speed and power.
