HOW DO THEY WORK? Its the cocktail hour and a group of guests who really don’t know each other stand about nervously. Suddenly there’s a slightly unusual pair of characters working the room. Now the guests have something to talk about, “who are those guys? Are they with us?”

Or maybe things are dragging a little during the conference - suddenly a couple of characters appear between speakers to lighten the mood, break the routine and re-enrgize the gathering.
