The following points constitute the conditions by which you agreed to participate:

1. Our school will receive a comprehensive Sales and Operational package in July 2002.

2. Delivery will be made to the school prior to the official selling period in August 2002.

3. The school will sign acceptance of the biscuits at delivery.

4. The official campaign and sales period is 19 August 2002 to 2 September 2002.

5. The retail price is $2.50 per bag. Schools will retain $1.00 (GST inclusive) for each bag sold.

6. The price to be paid by the school for each bag of biscuits ordered is $1.50 (GST inclusive).

7. In August 2002 the school will receive an invoice for the biscuits ordered.

8. The school will pay NZPTA for the full order no later than 16 September 2002.

9. The responsibility for the biscuits is with the school following delivery to the school.

10. There is no recourse for damaged or soiled biscuits once the school has signed acceptance. Storage and security is the care of the school once delivery is taken.

11. There are no returns of unsold biscuits

12. In placing this order the school will observe these Terms & Conditions of Sales.
