Managing the project

To effectively and efficiently manage the 2002 Schools Cookies Campaign, schools are encouraged to follow the processes described below:

Managing Inventory
& Cash Collection
 Managing Promotional
Programme
ASAP
Designate someone to manage & co-ordinate the process within the school
 
 
ASAP
Designate someone to manage & co-ordinate the process (possible project for children)
 
Early August
Designate a storage area for biscuits, secure and suitable to store foodstuffs
 
Mid - late July
Tie fundraising to specific cause (obviously attractive to students if possible)
 
5-16 August
Inspect and accept delivery of biscuits. Place in designated storage area
 
Late July
Communicate goals of fundraising early to pupils / parents  
 
16 August
Distribute to each class using School Inventory/ Reconciliation Sheet
 
August
Rollout your own Promotional Programme
 
 
16 August
Distribute to each pupil in each class using Class Inventory/Reconciliation Sheets
  
 
2-3 September
Collect money from pupils using Class Inventory/ Reconciliation Sheets
  
 
Early September
Collect money from classes using School Inventory/ Reconciliation Sheet
10-13 September
Post payment of biscuits to NZPTA using invoice form sent to you in mid August
