This is a fully presented meal, once the meal has been displayed on the buffet table you supply and have ready for us, we leave. We will supply all containers (platters, bowls and dishes) to display the food on the buffet table which we will cover with paper tablecloths as well as the serving spoons and utensils, disposable plates, knifes, forks, spoons even down to the rubbish bags. All you have to do is enjoy it after we leave and dipose of the rubbish bags. If you get plastic disposable glasses for your drinks along with the disposable plates and cutlery that we have supplied, then you have no dishes or breakages to worry about.

For numbers that exceed 120 people additional dishes will be added to all price ranges. Vegetarian options available to replace some set meat items if required. A deposit of 30 percent will be required on confirmation the balance 7 days prior to function all prices inclusive of GST.
The venue must have convenient unloading facilities to discharge goods on arrival a named coordinator must be available at time of arrival to assist with arrangements
