All set up and crockery, cutlery, serviettes, tablecloths, condiments (other than those specified) and the cleaning and clearing will be the responsibility of the client. In simple terms we supply the food only unless by arrangement, crockery, cutlery, serviettes, condiments and tablecloths available from $3.50 per head and waiting/service staff from $18.50 per hour. Evening or weekend functions and those out of central Auckland may incur a surcharge. Price will be revisited (downwards) for functions in excess of 40 persons

Sliced cheese - platters of cheese selection for
croissant/bagels
Fruit salad - combination of fresh and tinned fruit
Yoghurts
Cereals/milk/sugar

Minimum of 20 persons $17.00 plus GST
Minimum of 30 persons $16.00 plus GST

 
 

MENU 3 (EXAMPLE ONLY)

Special lunches and dinners
(for numbers 20 to 40 people, two mains will be supplied. Over 40 by consultation)
Fish 'n' pastry - white fish, salmon, pineapple and cream
cheese cooked in a light pastry served with mango sauce
Or
Peppered beef - aged sirloin baked with a peppercorn crust
served with a wine jus
Or
Chicken galantine - boned whole chicken stuffed with
spinach and pesto served with lemon tarragon sauce
Or
Deep-dish vegetarian lasagne - rich bolognaise and
Bechamel sauce with fresh pasta combined with fresh
seasonal vegetables
 
The above are accompanied with baked baby potatoes and
fresh garden greens, salad with freshly made vinaigrette,
buns or fresh bread and butter
 
Cheese board or fresh cut fruit and mascarpone
Gateau with fresh cream
