The Red Sheds house several
craftsmen practicing traditional crafts
The Red Sheds beside Oamaru Harbour were formally the Oamaru Harbourmasters sheds which are now used by a group of people who are involved in the conservation and promotion of Oamaru's history.
The Sheds have been repaired by volenteers and contain Bill Blair's Traditional Woodwork shop Coppice Crafts, a refurbished blacksmith shop The Forge, architectural stone carvers including Alan Ward and various litle blue penguins under the floor boards.
Visitors are welcome.
