Milligans Food Group Ltd manufactures flour, all sorts of food ingredients
and animal feeds. The company's head office, storage warehouses, food
ingredient blending plant and cheese shredding plant are in Oamaru,
South Island of New Zealand.
| The company's flour products brand are "Eclipse"
and "Milligans Eclipse" and a wide range of flour based
pre-mix products are produced including: scone, muffin, sponge,
batter, cake, fillers and bread mixes.
Specialised food products are blended, packed and are marketed
in Australia and the USA. The company has a food distribution business
based in Auckland that services the North Island and salespeople
in Oamaru to service the South Island and international customers.
Along with the flour and flour based products the company markets
cheese sauces, shredded cheese, milk powders and cooking fats. |

The company has a wide range of feeds for most animals, standard mixes
of meals and pellets. Also produced are high protein concentrate feeds
specifically for cattle, pigs and poultry which are marketed in Asia and
North America. We customise mixes in conjunction with our nutritionists
and customers to their specific requirements utilising grain, proteins and dairy products.
The company's flour mill and stockfeed plant, Milligans Eclipse Flour
Company, is situated 25 km west of Oamaru at the small township of Ngapara.
The flour mill was set-up in 1896. We utilise locally grown wheat and
we have produced some of New Zealand's finest quality flour products for
over 100 years.
