Welcome! ...... Midway Motel is your Oamaru home away from home. Your hosts Ken and Karen White provide genuine superior service in a comfortable, relaxed, friendly and welcoming place to stay.

Midway Motel is on the main street and is only a 2 minute walk to the Oamaru town centre. We are also very close to the hospital, local restaurants and only 2 minutes drive to the famous Blue Penguin Colony at the Harbourside, as well as the outstanding Oamaru Stone Architecture, Historic Precinct, Museum and Art Gallery.

The spaciousness of our rooms makes longer stays more comfortable. We offer 11 warm, sunny, fully serviced units including – 8 studio units, 2 x 1 bedroom units and 1 x 2 bedroom unit. Facilities include shower, fridge, SKY TV, heating and electric blankets as well as Secure Wireless internet connection. All units also have a fully equipped kitchen plus tea, coffee (plunger) and biscuits.

All of our units are non-smoking. We are very family friendly with a children play area and we sincerely look forward to welcoming you with service and a smile.
