Company Ltd, as the designer and engineers of all the products
featured on this website have been manufacturing golf trundlers
for three decades. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience
not only in golf engineering, but from understanding golfers
product needs.
As part of their
continued belief in the quality of the product they offer
the following guarantee on all their Kean Kart products.
Framework
Welding Guarantee
If within 5 years
of the date of purchase a Kean Kart or a component of a
Kean Kart is proved to be defective by reason of Framework
Welding, we undertake at our option to replace or repair
the same, free of charge upon the Guarantee conditions being
fulfilled.
Guarantee Conditions:
- The Kean Kart
or Kean Kart component shall be returned to us or the
original retailer promptly on being found defective, post
and packaging paid, along with the Guarantee Certificate
and ALL relevant details completed.
- If at anytime
during the Guarantee period any part, or parts of the
Kean Kart are replaced with a part or parts supplied or
repaired by any person not authorised by us, this understanding
shall immediately cease and become void.
- This Guarantee
does not cover failures caused by misuse, accidental damage,
or use contrary to operating instructions or normal wear
and tear.
- All other
parts and components of the Kean Kart are subject to fair
wear and tear.
*This guarantee
is in addition to and does not affect in any way your rights
under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the
Australian Trade Practices Act 1974.
