Rothville Cleaners was established by Mr Peter Rothville in 1965. The company concentrated its activities in the South Auckland area and developed steadily to become one of the largest cleaning companies in South Auckland.
Jensen Cleaning Services was started by Mr Paul Jensen in 1979. The company grew rapidly to develop for itself an enviable reputation in the mid city high rise markets. The two companies were naturally compatible as each had its own particular strengths and so Jensen & Rothville Ltd was formed in April 1988 by the merger of the two.
The new company developed into one of the top cleaning companies in Auckland. In 1998, in response to market demand for professional contractors who perform in all areas, Jensen & Rothville answered the call based on their strengths in labour and contract management. |
 They realised they could "piggy back" existing systems and leverage their considerable buying power to provide a range of building and property services to clients, delivered in such a manner that clients could significantly reduce their costs and resources in this area. To this end Jensen & Rothville developed their organisation, staff and management to maximise their potential. The result is a company, which has strong win-win relationships in place with selected suppliers and subcontractors. Combined with unparalled administration and support systems, a team of trained and skilled service managers and supervisors deliver a full range of property services in such a manner that clients can significantly reduce, if not eliminate, their resources in this area. |
