Extras:

An additional feature of our training is the establishment of an online discussion group for the students and the instructor to converse throughout course and after the course has finish. The discussion group is hosted by www.worldcrossing.com

Each student recieves a logon and can use this to start a discussion with the instructor on any points they are having trouble with. The instructor will remain active in the discussion group for seven days after the completion of the course with a "best effort" approach to answering as many questions as possible. After this time the discussion group will remain active as a location for students to converse and help each other with issues they may be experiencing.

Below is an example of how a discussion forum works.
