The University of
Waikato at Tauranga is an exciting educational partnership in Tauranga. It
is a joint initiative between the University of Waikato and the Bay of
Plenty Polytechnic.
Information Systems Group was contracted to provide assistance in
ensuring that best practices were being implemented in regards to network
and server maintenance. ISG also automated the roll out of 32 workstations
being used in the student enviroment. ISG's involvement with The
University of Waikato in "Continuing Education" is on going. Information technology courses are
being delivered through a partnership between the University and ISG. For

Raftabout White Water
Rafting recently changed ownership and a change of logo and redesign
of their web site was required. ISG's graphic designer fielded a few ideas
and the logo on the right is the result.
The web site was constructed using the latest industry standard web design technologies
such as HTML, DHTML, CGI, Jscript, CSS and Flash. In this situation an
easy to use site was required, one design requesit being to stay away from
a heavy complex site that took too long to download.
ISG
has been contracted to build the web site for The WaveHaven, a backpackers
located in the Taranaki region. This is to be a fun oriented site
describing the accomodation at the backpackers as well as points of
interest around the region. An online booking form will also be included
here to enable customers to book and pay securely online and therefore
reduce the number of cancellations incurred by the operators.
Afterglow Productions web site is simple easy to use based on the isg
site. This universal design suites many applications. ISG was also
involved in input for the logo.
