INBENCH

INBENCH 2000 is currently being setup by its existing members   The members are currently approaching other telcos with an invitation to join the benchmarking group.  Joining the group is formalised by signing a mutual non disclosure agreement.  The group has prepared a one page flier to invite new members to  join the group

INBENCH has examined which of the  INBENCH 1999 metrics should be repeated in INBENCH 2000. The group has not only reviewed the old metrics but has added 'New World' metrics refer to INBENCH 2000 Metrics.
