This web site has been produced as a device to evaluate the effort required to setup a web site and to assess the value of a web site in coordinating an international telecommunications benchmarking exercise.
INBENCH is a cooperating group of telcos that have set up relationships between themselves to exchange blinded information. The information is blinded by a trusted third party (TTP). INBENCH has performed a study round that completed in 1999 and it currently preparing for a study round in 2000. There were approximately 160 benchmark metrics in the 1999 study.
