The Excel application is tightly integrated with the Exchequer Enterprise accounting system using the COM objects provided by Exchequer.

Skyline Garages

Skyline Garages have developed an amazing spreadsheet program to do quotes for garages and garden sheds. It goes as far as creating scale drawings of the quoted garage or shed that is used to file for resource consent. Bryant Software has extended this system to take key data from the quote spreadsheets and build the Accredo data including the Customer details, the Job details and the progress payment transactions.

A2E is also used to maintain current cost and sales prices on the large inventory database in Accredo.

Foley Plumbers

The main module in the development for Foleys is the Scheduling system. The first part of the scheduling takes information collected from the customer's phone call and creates a Job and if necessary a new Customer record in Accredo. The schedule program extracts any unscheduled jobs in Accredo and allows them to be placed into a daily schedule using a drag and drop feature. Job cards are printed for the day or by individual jobs. Colour coding is used to show suburbs to make for efficient scheduling of the tradesmen.

The scheduled data is automatically sent to the Navman devices in the tradesman's van, and as the job status is updated by the tradesman, it also updates the job status in the Excel scheduler.
