STORY An insurance investigator, Frank McKlusky (Dave Sheridan), who takes his job a little too seriously, dresses up in disguises in an effort to uncover a conspiracy. But limiting his ability to solve cases is the fact that he is a saftey freak, a trait linked to his daredevil father (Randy Quaid) being seriously injured while attempting a stunt.
